1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Required booking information has been received.
- Any applicable booking deposit has been paid.
- Ladies Studio Canada confirms the reservation.
2. Payments
- Final payment is due as agreed before or on the event date unless otherwise specified.
- Additional services requested after booking may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Booking deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.
- Ladies Studio Canada reserves the right to cancel a booking due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded or an alternative photographer may be arranged where possible.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details.
- Ensure timely access to venues.
- Obtain any necessary photography permissions from event venues.
- Inform us of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
5. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the service booked.
Delivery may include:
- Online galleries
- Digital downloads
- USB drives (if included)
- Printed albums (if purchased)
Delivery timelines may change during peak wedding seasons.
6. Copyright
Ladies Studio Canada retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a personal-use license allowing them to:
- Share images on social media
- Print photos
- Use images for personal purposes
Commercial use requires written permission.
7. Image Editing
Final editing style is determined by Ladies Studio Canada. RAW or unedited files are not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
8. Promotional Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, Ladies Studio Canada may use selected images and videos for:
- Website portfolio
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Advertising
9. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to deliver exceptional service, Ladies Studio Canada shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Equipment failure despite backup precautions
- Venue restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Client delays
Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booked services.
10. Force Majeure
Ladies Studio Canada is not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, strikes, or government actions.
11. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy website content without permission
- Misuse our website or services
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Province where the services are provided and the applicable laws of Canada.
13. Changes to These Terms
